Swiss chard

A little anecdote here:

    If you’ve never heard of Swiss chard, which I honestly hadn’t until I got it in our farmshare, it is actually a colorful and great tasting leaf. Give Swiss chard a chance in this recipe that tastes delicious.


  • 2 Bunches Swiss chard Sliced
  • 1 Med. Onion Chopped
  • 4 Garlic Cloves Chopped
  • Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Tbsp. Crumbled Goat Cheese


  1. Sauté everything in a big skillet
  2. Sprinkle goat cheese on top
  3. Serve and enjoy!
