Apple Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Chops - 2 Lb. of Meat
  • 8 Chunked and Peeled Medium Apples (Chunked is a funny word, isn’t it?)
  • 1/4 Tsp. Nutmeg
  • 1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

    Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Prepare apples. Place in a large pot. Turn heat on high and cover.
  3. Once apples start to get mushy, take top off and mash/stir in the pot.
  4. Once apples are sorta pureed, (thick soup-like mixture) add cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar.
  5. Stir mixture together. Tasting is optional, but strongly recommended. Just don’t eat it all. Then top pork with even helpings of apples.
  6. Place in oven, and cook for 45 Minutes or until meat is cooked through.
  7. Enjoy your incredible meal! Finish it up with some Maple Sugar Cookies if Desired.
