Maple Sugar Cookies


  • 3 C. All-purpose Flour
  • 1 Tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 C. Melted Butter (2 Sticks)
  • 1 1/2 C. Maple Sugar (Not Maple Syrup)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract


  1. Preheat oven to 375 Degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
  3. Melt butter, combine vanilla and butter with flour. Stir in egg.
  4. Eat a healthy dose of batter. Use the excuse “I’m making sure it tastes right.”
  5. Place rounded teaspoons on an ungreased cookie sheet. You may need to make more than 1 batch.
  6. Bake for 8-10 Mins. or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 2-3 Mins. (patience is necessary) then eat your delicious cookies! Sharing is optional, but recommended. You’re making 35 cookies after all.
