S&S Chicken


  • 3 Tbsp. Diced Ginger
  • 1 Diced Bell Pepper
  • 2 Chicken Breasts, Into 1 Inch Cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. Corn Starch
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 1/2 C. Rice Vinegar
  • 8 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 C. Pineapple Chunks - 1/4 C. Juice Set Aside
  • 1/4 C. Chicken Stock



  1. Brown the chicken cubes in vegetable oil. (Brown, not burn)
  2. Combine the water and corn starch in a cup. Stir until dissolved.
  3. Sauté in a large skillet the ginger, and pepper in vegetable oil. Add the brown sugar in.
  4. Next add in the rice vinegar, pineapple, pineapple juice, and chicken stock.
  5. Slowly stir in the corn starch until the whole thing thickens. (Pretty cool, right?)
  6. Add in the chicken cubes, cook until the cubes are  done throughout.
