Steak Fajitas


  • 2 Lb. Sirloin Steak
  • 1 Lime
  • 8 Corn Tortillas
  • 2 Bell Peppers
  • 1 Large Onion
  • Salsa or Whatever You Want to Top Your Fajitas With
  • Lots of Cheddar Cheese


  1. Cook your steaks as desired. Season with lime, salt, and pepper.
  2. Sautee pepper and onions.
  3. Lightly pan fry the tortillas.
  4. Cut up the steak into thin strips.
  5. Assemble the tortillas - top with cheese and other sauces.
  6. Enjoy immensely in the company of friends and Latin music!
