Greek Burgers


  • 20  Oz. Package Ground Turkey
  • 8 Oz. Package Feta Cheese Crumbled
  • 4 Kaiser Rolls
  • 1 Sprig Rosemary

Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 C. Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Diced Cucumber


  1. Preheat whatever you’re usong to cook the burgers. (Grill, oven, ect...)
  2. Combine (Yes, using your hands) the turkey, rosemary, and feta in a large bowl, shape into 4 tightly pressed patties, and start them cooking!
  3. Chop your cucumber, throw into a blender. Plop the yogurt into the blender. Blend to a chunky sauce.
  4. Once the burgers are done, pour the sauce over them, serve up on the rolls, and devour that burger.
