Easy Chicken Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 LB. Chicken Breasts with Skin
  • 2 Chopped Medium Onion
  • 2 C. Chopped Carrots
  • 2 C. Chopped Celery
  • 2 Tbsp. Chicken Bouillon
  • Enough water to cover chicken and vegetables
  • If you want, serve with bread, or add matzoh balls, noodles or rice

Steps

  1. Pop the chicken breasts into a large pot. Fill with water until he chicken is covered by an inch of water.
  2. Chop yer’ veggies, and stick ‘em into the pot.
  3. Turn on the heat!
  4. Put the bouillon into the water, and whatever you do, don’t eat straight bouillon. It’s disgusting. Just trust me.
  5. Once the water comes to a boil, turn the heat down so the water only simmers. Cook for an hour.
  6. Once the meat is cooked, cut it up in the pot and remove the skin. Add the rice or matzoh balls at this point.
  7. Serve your delicious-tasting soup and enjoy the scrumptious flavor!
