Smashed Potatoes


  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Oz. Grated Parmesan
  • 4 Oz. of Your Favorite Grated Soft Cheese
  • 1 Handful Fresh Chopped Dill (Look it up if you have no idea what dill is)
  • 2 Lb. Smashed and Cooked Potatoes
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


  1. Cook the potatoes in lightly salted water.
  2. Prepare your ingredients while cooking the potatoes.
  3. Strain the potatoes and place them in a dish. Put the butter in the dish and smash the potatoes. (Chunky)!
  4. Mix in the dill, salt, pepper, and cheeses.
  5. Wait until the cheesy is gooey (Yum), then serve and enjoy your masterful side dish.
