Chicken with Bowties


  • 1 C. Grated Cheddar
  • 1C. Grated Parmesan
  • 2 LB. Diced Chicken (Make it easy - boneless and skinless) 1+1/2 In. Pieces
  • 15 Oz. Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Drained
  • 4 Cloves Diced Garlic
  • 1 Med. Diced Onion
  • 12 Oz. Bowtie Pasta
  • 1 C. Half and Half Cream
  • Salt + Pepper


  1. Start pasta water, and dice and grate those cheeses, veggies, and meat. USE A SEPARATE CUTTING BOARD FOR THE MEAT!
  2. Once the pasta water is boiling, throw in the pasta, but in the mean time, start sautéing the onions and garlic.
  3. After about a minute, place in the chicken to the sautéing pan. Cook chicken until done.
  4. Turn off the heat, add the pasta to the pan. Then add the cream. Then finally, the drained sun-dried tomatoes!
  5. You now have a (Hopefully) fantastic looking and tasting pasta dish. Enjoy your creation. Enjoy it immensely.
