Cheesy Potato Bits


  • 4 C. Grated Potatoes
  • 1/2 C. Parmesan
  • 2 Tbsp. Salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Grate your potatoes. Resist the urge to eat any raw.
  3. Grease a large cookie sheet.
  4. Spread the grated potato evenly over the pan.
  5. Place the pan in the oven, turn over the potato bits a few times during the course of the baking.
  6. Broil for the last few minutes if you need to.
  7. Bake until bits are crispy - top with cheese and set on broil until cheese is slightly golden on top.
  8. Serve right from the pan, piping hot, and enjoy!
