Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 2 LB. Thinly Sliced Beef (Or just slice it yourself)
  • 3 Tbsp. Fresh Diced Ginger
  • 2 Bunches Chopped Green Onion (About 1 C. Remember, only use the bottom of the green onion)
  • 2 Sliced Bell Peppers
  • 5 Oz. Sliced Shiitake Mushrooms
  • 1 C. Celery
  • 1 Tsp. Beef Bouillon (Very Condensed)
  • 2 Tsp. Rice Vinegar
  • 1/4 C. Water
  • 1/2 C. Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar (Yum)
  • 3 Tbsp. Corn Starch
  • 2 C. Salad Sprouts
  • Lots of Rice

Steps

  1. Slice, chop or do whatever the ingredients section requires to the veggies and meat
  2. Add vegetable oil to a large skillet/wok. Brown the meat, set aside, discard juices.
  3. Cook vegetable until they are mostly done
  4. Start rice, combine sugar, water, boulion, soy sauce, rice vinegar and corn starch, and pour into the pan.
  5. Add the meat to the pan, cook until meat is done. Add in salad sprouts, cook for 30 more seconds.
  6. Serve over rice, and as always, enjoy.
