Banana Choc. Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 Very Ripe Bananas (See Photo)
  • 1 Tbsp. Orange Juice (To balance PH level)
  • 1/2 Vegetable Oil
  • 2/3 C. Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 C. Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 1/2 C. White Flour
  • Or Use 3 C. White Flour if you don’t have any W. Wheat flour
  • 1 Tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • 2 C. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (Don’t forget to eat a few!)
  • 1 C. Walnuts (Optional but recommended)

 

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add orange juice. Stir together.
  4. Add oil, sugar, and eggs. Mix together well.
  5. Add flours, baking soda, and salt. Yet again, stir together.
  6. Taste the batter to see if you forgot something. If you forgot something, kick the cabinets in rage and put it in.
  7. Add chocolate chips and walnuts. Stir together once again until everything is nice and blended.
  8. Grease an 11 X 7 baking pan, spoon the batter in, and pop into the oven for 30 Minutes.
  9. When done, knife should come out clean except for a little chocolate.
  10. Enjoy your delicious creation!
